Elizabeth Gullette, PhD
Dr. Beth Gullette is a psychologist and management consultant who partners with leaders and organizations at critical inflection points—moments when the old must give way to the new. Her work integrates the psychological depth of a licensed clinical psychologist, the data-driven rigor of a researcher, and the operational fluency of a C-suite leader. The goal is to drive impact and enable flourishing across individual, team, and organizational levels.
Beth founded Granite & Current to focus on work that matters: helping executives unblock themselves and their systems to achieve high-consequence outcomes. Grounded in two decades of practice, management thinking, and the science of human behavior, Beth’s work at Granite & Current translates complex research into actionable leadership insight.
